It’s warm enough for sandals, so it’s time to update knitted items — Made by Rae

I really need to understand why I feel such compulsion to continue posting FOs on this blog, because I can't imagine how writing blog posts like this could be important or useful to my business; actually, right now I really should be laying out the pattern pieces for my new pattern so I can test out version 1, but instead I'm sitting here and putting together my recent knitting. Elliot just walked by and said, “Mom, I can't believe you're still blogging.” It was ten years ago. Hah. I guess I just can't help it.

I've never had a good system for posting here on the blog, and as a result I've only shared a small fraction of the things I've made in the last year, both sewn and knitted. In many of my favorite Friday posts, I post previews of things I'm starting to knit and it bothers me that I don't post “ta-da!” photos of them when finished. So let's start with the knits, now that it's actually warm enough to put all the knits aside and not look at them again until September. PS All threads were purchased from Spun in Ann Arbor unless otherwise noted.
